That is the way it works. The key word is"formed" You can't start a LLC and move it here to WA state but you can sell one that had been started here... it go's back to my last post about the State Residency Requirement
o I-502 requires a three month state residency requirement (all license structure types)

PMCM moved the main office here so they can claim residency here. Again why else would you move a company office.... Just to move? They moved cuz the have to for a company like Suzy Q's to own it.

I have done my DD and see PMCM going some place. I'm holding 3 mill
And yes I'm down a little no big deal
no plans to sell anytime soon...
