Yeah you got me! I Asked several questions but not all that I had written down the day before because my old DSL line went down and I couldn't retrieve my questions from the cloud ! That's why I fumbled the question about who said what regarding the problem with the refill kit and several other questions!!
This thing regarding jazz 1 giving out copies of the financials I think is the start of a witch hunt!!
Lenny clearly said that he would furnish a copy to any investor that sent him an email requesting same!!
I mean how much more of an public announcement does one need when lken has been listed as DARK or DEFUNCT!! And if anyone is buying shares based on that report just needs to watch the daily PPS to know when to buy shares and wait for the bounce or good news!!!!
