$PEII potential target = 50 day SMA (currently 0.0289 and falling).

But.... will only happen if $PEII gets a push and Floyd and creditors lay off the sell button long enough for pps to build steam for a big run.

Hope they all use their brains this time around..... but not counting on it. Invest cautiously.....
