We have no proof the product exists, just like Snorenz Medicated doesn't exist yet. Until someone verifies the product is available for customers to buy (or be given free samples), it doesn't exist.
You make it sound like it's a big deal getting into the Cup. I could have had a booth there selling gum-balls if I'd been willing to pay the fee.
I'd be more impressed if Snorenz was available in ANY of the 21 retailers named in Nick's bogus pro forma, or if there was proof that ANY of the other products had generated revenue.
