I was talking about 2014 which is under Luther's watch, and surprise, surprise, ZERO DILUTION (according to filings).

Vakser is SCUM and only knows how to DILUTE and nearly "killed" PRPM forever during his short reign in 2013 before Luther rescued it. Many that were stuck under Vakser were given a chance to escape by Luther.

Personally, I believe Luther's still trying and could have abandoned ship already, but isn't, and 1) refusing a R/S, and ZERO DILUTION per filings give him some credibility.

Luxuriant Holdings - Contrary to a small minority of vocal shareholders belief I have been working very hard behind the curtain to make our company a success and stick to my word as being in the shareholders corner. We have many new and old business opportunities on the table and the future is very bright for all of us.
