It is simple. As I understand it the company (CTTC) has a legally binding contract with GEOMC, the manufacturer, and CTTC is entitled to all benefits and terms of the contract. It is my understanding that the contract does not provide GEOMC with any right to reclaim inventory or demand full payment at this time. The contract is valid and enforceable. IMO, the legal action looks like more of a smokescreen or game connected to JJ's exit and his throwing in with the dark side.
