If you peel back all the leaves and the hair on a corncob, you can clearly see the kernels.

If Baltia is not an operating airline (as of yet) and is not generating any revenues, then how else are they going to raise capital to sustain the expenses that are necessary to get it moving forward in this certification process?

Of course they have to sell shares. Just because a company sells shares to raise capital does not make it a scam.

For that matter, pretty much 100% of the companys out there would have been considered scams or stock mills at some point in their history.

I guess time will tell.

In another month or so, Baltia should be receiving its certificate.

Let's see what they actually do with it..................
