One can sue anyone the question does that person have anything worth going after.I agree regarding what occured and I know the pr you spoke of.

I told him how I felt and even notified the CFO now CEO plus Ionn regarding other issues they could have used against him imo as leverage but it was not them that made that decision it was the majority holders.

No doubt in my mind and its my opinion Maza would have sued Chain if it would have been left up to him but then again ligation cost money and takes alot of time as in the Pfizer ligation thats why I think it went down the way it did.

Now why they brought him back is beyond my wildest dream.

Where I live one can sue in small claims court triple damages even Corp companies and that planitiff does not need a attorney to file the orginal complaint.Yes they do as it proceeds but the defendant sure has to show up or there attorney does if not a judgement will be entered.Just a thought and one option I've thought about but I'm still wanting to go forward making a go at it but I just have to see what happens short term talking in code now.
