SEC is a bunch of kneejerkers, the mj boom last year put a spotlight on all these otc stocks, whatever happened to downgrading qb's to pink under .01. Oh well this dropped so fast i'll give them the benefit of the doubt. If you don't want the wild west at least stick to your own stupid rules.

We'll have a bunch of new rules next march after the penny market pisses off more investors.
