It went to .13 with a fraction of the AS and on the premise of a BS PR that many people believed was true.

Years later the stock is at .003X with the prospects of ever recouping losses just a pipe dream.

Thats what the market got from TECO and why the market is apathetic towards Treaty.

Management is a clown carousel and consultants keep siphoning shares from the company while shareholders pay the ultimate price.

Its tragic.. and getting more tragic with every PR.
