The respond-er seems to be forgetting that tranches 5/6 of this bankruptcy case and the official closure of the P&A with JPM have NOT been completed at this time. So to say this case has been completed to a T is EXTREMELY misleading to the point of our discussion about VERY LARGE DOLLARS coming into play for equity before this is all "deep-sixed" forever.

Trained and experienced people can make a blind person think the sun does not shine in Florida but does this person actually believe that and of course, the answer would be a RESOUNDING NO! Just like equity investors in this case, they can FEEL IT!!!
