ECAU: Free-L2 paid by the company on OTC-Market-Website...
Many newbies cannot afford to pay for L2, each month...
It's giving them a chance to see what a L2 IS....
Many times, but not all the times, i've seen a co. pay to put L2 on the OTC Market website, was before a pop.
May never happen here, but why pay for that if there is no intent behind...
It may be just a trick, too.
Who knows???
Very often, i don't even use L2.
It's just a helper to see the games being played.
So many other games being played and having nothing to do with L2, also...Lol...
I use just a Time and Sales Table First.
Then, i may check L2 from time to time, when really needed...
But, that's me...
