Mr Iain Ross

An entrepreneur with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector,
Iain is chairman of both Ark Therapeutics PLC (a FTSE listed biotechnology company) and Pharminox Ltd.
He has considerable experience of mergers and acquisitions in both the UK and USA and raised substantial
funds both publicly and privately.

He has also held senior commercial and general management positions with an array of large firms
such as Hoffman-La-Roche, Reed International and Sandoz AG.
