Ernest...The only question they asked is where the 8k was...that's it. Not trying to make it more than it was by saying there was an Investigation. They filed the 8k and a follow up letter and confirmed they met the requirements...so they are done.

I am glad the SEC is looking at things concerning Ali. It's only a matter of time before he is seen as too much of a liability and hopefully they will get rid of him.

What we have here...is a failure to communicate!
