Someone said SMVI was going to have filings within 16 days which was yesterday if memory serves. They also added the future was changing for the better. Maybe next week this will happen, or the week after that. Must have gotten delayed for "personal reasons". Or maybe the "advisors, accountants and attorneys" could not agree on the next scam. Or maybeeee, no one got the memo because the UPS po box had gotten closed for lack of payment. Go PetPlaces go. Hehehe. In my opinion.
