They create volumes and the suckers do the rest.
10 million shares is only 1000 dollars at .0001.
Most penny flippers will toss in 200-1000 dollars or more on a play and there are plenty of traders out there looking for the next lotto who will take the chance for a few bucks.
400 million volume at 0001 is not a lot of money. That's only 40k, so all you need is to do is create chunks of volumes where needed and there are plenty of suckers willing to toss in the rest.
How does a stock go from 400-600 million shares traded to zero shares traded in 24 hours or so?
