The "appointments" are a quid pro quo arrangement between Dougie and the Majority Shareholders.

However, since Dougie Mac doesn't really need to be President in order for his option package to come to fruition- he evidently is obligated to perform a specific task or two. The up and coming websites coupled with news releases will shed more light on Dougie's behind-the-scenes role.

And we still need to hear from the restructured Radient Diagnostics to know what the Aussies are getting in return for their "work" in this endeavor.
