I just got done going back and forth with Mark and he threatened to counter sue me if I sued him. He also asked me to stop harassing him.

I guess Marks idea of harassment is shareholders trying to get to the bottom of the form 10/audit filing which Mark promises to get done every week for the last several weeks.

There is NO reason that Mark should not come back with a thorough explanation as to why this is taking so long.

It is definitely beginning to look like the auditor thing was made up. IMO, I do not even think there is an auditor. There is no auditor on earth as incompetent as the one that Mark talks about. The auditor Mark explains to us is no better at guessing dates than Mark.

Summarization of all of the above. The whole thing is BS IMO or we would have seen something (ANYTHING) HAPPEN BY NOW.
