Barrie, you were held to some very just scrutiny (rightfully so) due to making allegations without much in substance and its my guess due to getting some good counsel on what should and shouldn't be said and if so the content to make public. The scrutiny was justified as they were strong and incriminating allegations. Well now you have indeed come forward with some quantified and qualified actions your team or group have taken. I applaud you for coming forward in your quest for justice and bringing accountability to those that perpetrated the allegations. If there are 30 and countingit just reflects the serious nature not only with a diverse and scattered group of shareholders but also right there in your own back yard.

Its always said actions speak louder than words... in this case with the CEO's ad nauseum blogs of questionable accomplishments and then his measurable results... the numbers... the money etc. In this case his words and his actions have him exactly in the position he is in today. This is of his doing and he takes full ownership of this and has done nothing but inflame the problem for himself and all those who drank the koolaid and those WHO STILL DRINK IT.

This isn't about what the CEO ever said or has done... It's now about what can one tolerate from those who create the problem. In essence... the levels of toleration have enabled this CEO to continues this path for almost 9 years now spending millions without results that create a penny of shareholder value. This results in shareholders to keep lowering the bar of expectations and allows the CEO to do the same by diluting and using toxic funding to do nothing more than make payroll. If one isn't sure about death spiral toxic funding... do so... please. So today has come and from where I stand it appears a line has now been drawn by 30+ and now seeking justice accountability and consequences. IF he is guilty the courts will decide... but he is also innocent until proven guilty and i'll give him that latitude for now. I am just glad a line is drawn .. Oh the line..= case number.
