Earlier this year Calimmune was having difficulty screen for the last patient in their first dose cohort, because they were screening one patient at a time and if a patient failed the screening they would have to start screening another patient from the beginning. The screening took a month or more. They changed their screening procedure to allow them to screen up to 4 patients at a time. Now Calimmune's trial and dosing schedule is back on track and on schedule.

Does that sound familiar? To quote Yogi Berra "It's déjà vu all over again".

Now Benitec's trial to cure hepatitis C has a schedule that is back on track and on schedule.
