Kandi Technologies Group(KNDI) shares declined Friday, after the China-based developer of vehicle products said it agreed with certain institutional investors to make a registered direct placement of $71 million of common stock at a price of $17.20 per share, a 10% discount to the stock's Thursday closing price of $19.12.

“If you wait to do everything until you’re sure it’s right, you’ll probably never do much of anything.”
