Consider the only performance "news" Conexus has released since they opened their doors has been relative to a required as per court ordered issuance of over 300 million common shares, plus a required at least 2,812,500,000 (2.8+B) more shares that must still be issued at today's PPS, just to close this one single order of law. Any and all other Conexus released news, material or otherwise falls neatly into a "forward looking statement" disclaimer clause, or is total BS for now and will continue to be so until further notice, and in fact may never actually materialize.
