Cassandra, there is no doubt whatsoever that TNKE's Chinese masters decided to dilute this thing to death while they still can. They are very wary of that colorful track record and they know what might be coming their so they decided to dilute TNKE's share price to death, absolutely no doubt about it. I don't think it is retail selling at or below the bid, it is a classic dilution and company being non-reporting, they don't have to dislose a thing. imo
