That notice keeps getting replayed for the last 3 years. What have they done? How good can these other companies be if they are partnering with Treaty? Treaty doesn't really have anything of value so what is Treaty giving away? Who are these other companies really? Is PRIVCO just a reformulated PSP Venture? Sure sounds like it could be to me. Are the other companies mentioned in as bad of shape as Treaty?
