Nicely said! I realize my little order was a small drop in the bucket compared to all the massive orders he gets from some of the sunshine pumpers here. The fact that my order was never received is not the main issue. My main concern is that I called every number I could find and left an estimated 10 messages and sent 4 emails over the past year since I placed that order. I actually talked to someone once (sounded like I got a cell phone) and they gave me another number to call. I have been extremely polite in every message. I simply stated that I know they are busy with the orders and that I was just following up. I asked that someone please call or respond to a message and let me know a timeline on when I can expect the delivery. The order was place on September 11, 2013. Not a single response. I own a business, too. Customer service is critical. Who would invest $5000 on a piece of equipment from a company that doesn't return calls? If someone wants to validate my purchase attempt, I would be thrilled to hear from someone at GG. In fact, I'll send them another message today. Maybe GG should should take some of the extra little goodies he adds to other orders and use them to fulfill his smaller orders.
