TNKE if that's dilution it's not very effective in creating revenue for the company it's more like manipulation of the price. Probably some retail individaul selling shares or someone capitulating because of the extreme price drop from early levels. The OTC as anyone who trades these stocks knows has seen a plethora of real dilution all summer in order to pay expenses and for acquisitions etc. MSOA for example sold that one at a big loss before it went to 0. Look at the chart and see the VOLUME of selling in the 100s of millions of shares. Thanks for the DD on the form T sell but it's not what I would call any organized intentional selling for the purpose of raising any considerable cash. 315k shares @.0067= $2,110 and this is one of the largest single sells we have seen. Not forgetting that someone also purchased those shares. There has been a decline for this stock from .47 in Mar 2014 to the present but I think it will reverse after summer is over and the seller or sellers stop their selling and let it breathe. With the small float TNKE could move up easily and fast. There are countless examples of otc stocks which have been diluted to virtually nothing. What sets TNKE apart from the rest is a real business plan with revenues. OTC stocks are risky no doubt but we trade them because of the possible returns. GL
