Ohhh Is That What We Call Fraud Now?

Youth crossing the T's & dotting the i's?? That's so very interesting because I could have sworn Nuvilex is five years old, yet to accomplish a single thing, with a convicted stock fraud writing their PR's, and who last worked for a pump n dump which was shut down by the SEC for...issuing misleading PR's among a few other delightful things.

Could have sworn Nuvilex's wise CEO came to us from a notorious pump n dump, China Tel - VelaTel, which is currently worth $0.0003 a share and was linked to Westmoore Capital which was shut down by the SEC for being a ponzi organization. They were a large 'investor'.

Could have sworn Patricia Gruden has been in penny stocks for nearly 20 years and has a history of shareholder bloodbaths with no accomplishments. efoodsafety ring a bell? Paid touts, false promises, nearly all share value lost.

Could have sworn Director Matula has been on a decade long spree of latching onto sham pennies as well. Including his last, which had a mailbox for a corporate headquarters out in Seattle and was caught lying about trial data.

Oh and I could have sworn that Cell in The Cox is a nearly 20 year old patent, dumped by 2 biotechs last decade, and something that also lead to bankruptcy for Austrianova, because it wwas unwanted, also almost a decade ago, leading them to try and themselves to Nuvilex for peanuts.

CellCaps, NovaCaps, Cell in a Box...3 of the same products. Zero money made. Zero impact on cancer since 1996.

There is nothing 'young' about Nuvilex.

The fact is, such materially misleading statements and press releases ARE fraud. And Nuvilex has a whole internet load of them, artfully worded to be as deceptive as possible.
