As we know, most of these other cities, namely Hangzhou, Chengdu, Wuhan, Ningbo are pretty much set with Kandi EVs, Jinhua, WuHu and Shaoxin are neighboring medium size cities to Hangzhou, where Kandi could easily take them over if needed. At this point, though, these are too small cities to put big efforts in as large cities are the priority.
In summery, Kandi is the ONLY EV manufacturer that's being sought after by non-local cities, Beijing and Shanghai each uses their local ICE big manufacturer's EVs, but those EVs do not have national reputations as Kandi does. Kandi's main competitor ZD (E20) is only used by Nanchang, a tier 2 city with 5mil population (although E20 is trying to enter Hangzhou's long lease market as well). So you see, yesterday's analyst report that 43 big cities are coming to Kandi for EVs is a credible report.
