If this were a Miss America contest ACTCD wouldn't even make the
10 finalist.

Unless this RS is accompanied by some really special news "soon",
it's not unreasonable at all!

Volume still sucks, and if the RS hadn't happened they would have
traded 19 million shares today.

190k shares isn't going to get it.
