You very smart, very intuitive investor Mr.Doglover1, and I will
add that although ACTC intentions are and may seem admirable, the
fact is the low volume is literally killing them. Is it any wonder
after the last CEO's shenanigans! How could anyone trust what they
say?

I'm sure they would like to uplist to attract "Big Investor's" etc... but, the reality is no one GARA about this POS company, and
the volume tells that story. 3-1/2 years and the phase-1 still not
done! I'm wondering how long it will take to get recruits for
phase-2?

Looks like we have a lifelong milking on investor's hands here.
