Also my thoughts are that they would want to get off the OTC and onto the the Nasdaq BEFORE the TLD is made available as to get the maximum bang for their buck from Wall Street. Many brokerages and fund managers won't touch OTC or Pinkies and we know that this would be attractive to them with positive TLD. Retail investors don't significantly move the price of stocks. Big money does.
