Don't think so the buyers aren't going to pay .0004 when they know they can buy any time at .0003? How long before the sellers throw in the towel in disgust? Another reverse split and the money is gone even faster. We have been through two already under the Empress's watch. Neither one worked, third is the charm? This company is dead and should be liquidated already. Maybe the office furniture and the office supplies worth a couple of grand? :(
