I see your point but you are ~90% wrong with your points (IMO don't take this the wrong way). I feel your frustration (it sucks being down and most of us are down here the long term guys).

1. Most importantly they have never came out with a fluff PR stating that the product will be in 300 stores by the end of the month. On twitter they said it but lets face it that was the PR firm (indra Public relations) stating what they thought. Management might of gave them an estimated timeline and Indra Public relations didn't know it should be hush hush due to the fact that this is a Public Company). If you take notice I have asked a few times on twitter for an update about the 300 stores by EOM, and they do not reply anymore (maybe management gave them a brief that they can't release information like that), once again just my opinion. If a PR came out and stated EOM we will be in 300 stores, I will agree with you 100%.

2. "Just because they were successful with Skinny Cow means little or nothing now" How can you say that? You don't thin Yasso, Weight Watchers, Ciao Bella, etc are all aware that the founders of Skinny Cow is now in the sector? You think that if your resume says President and Co-founder of Skinny Cow you don't think that would get some respect? Find me another management team that had the success as Skinny Cow in this price range (I would love to do some DD)

3. I would say the competition in the frozen greek yogurt sector is actually a lot less competitive then the ice cream sector. Back when skinny cow was launched there was competition from every REGULAR Ice Cream brand plus the other low-fat ice cream brand.

I have tried the product and I am not a big frozen yogurt guy, but honestly I would buy it even if I wasn't a shareholder. I have tried the competition and they all have a bad after taste and do not taste as good while eating.

We do not know if this is a SCAM and we do not know if any other public company is a scam or not. Theres nasdaq stocks that you have to wonder if they are scams (a shipping company who has done about 5 R/S in the past year). Its your money and you should do what you feel is right for yourself, once again this is all my opinion I could be wrong but I have a good feeling about this one. Not only do we have the co-founder of Skinny Cow and other members, we have Joe Reinzi (VP of Reinzi foods) if you live in the NY/NJ (and I am sure other areas) you have seen this brand in many major supermarkets including stop and shop. Good luck and hopefully you regain your faith in your investment
