Brilliant article as usual KarinCA.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out for T**R, a very volatile stock indeed.

Like you I am long CTIX and heavily so.

Brilacidin is finishing its Phase2b trial, and a pre-catalyst rally appears to have begun. Additional trials for Brilacidin for a variety of indication is almost certain, regardless of the current Phase 2b results. As the Brilacidin acquisition is not yet reflected in the CTIX share price, the potential for a significantly higher share price is excellent.

Kevetrin, the unique cancer treatment compound is likewise nearly certain to be studied in additional clinical trials. A Phase 1b Kevetrin combination trial at a leading European cancer center, University of Bologna, is set to begin once maximum tolerated dose is determined, and Beth Israel Deaconess has completed combination pre-clinical studies with Kevetrin in which they observed tumor shrinkage in a drug resistant line of kidney cancer for the first time. Beth Israel is part of the Harvard Cancer Centers along with Dana Farber which is hosting the current Kevetrin trial. MD Anderson is also studying Kevetrin in pre-clinical stage.

Kevetrin has attracted the interest of several of the world’s leading cancer research centers which is fascinating and compelling. As an OTC stock, CTIX is very much flying under the radar at 2.05. Increased interest could send the share price soaring.

In addition, CTIX has Prurisol, a drug for the treatment of psoriasis set to begin a Phase 2 trial in the coming months. With so many new trials set to begin, and two clinical trials in advanced stages, risk is mitigated for CTIX shareholders as any one of them can justify a much higher share price.
