The DOD started demanding the TPM in PC's in July 07 and there has been nothing from them since regarding their use other than in MArch 2014 the CIO of the DOD said they will use the TPM but the DIRNSA would tell the DOD when and where to use them?

7 years to date, maybe Dell said F it and moved on, will you??
