I don't know if or how RBIZ will benefit... expanding A/S' usually sends a negative message even if its unfair or short sighted to view it that way as speculators. There's rare cases when increasing an AS has a good outcome such as IA*H last year around Christmas it quadrupled its authorized then ran from the upper 001's to 01+

most of those shares were restricted though implying that company insiders had a plan..and there was also laughably huge rumors circulating that's funny for me to even think about and anyone who followed that would know what I'm referring to. so in summary there's times when its good. But I don't know whats up here
