You may be right, but I've seen lots of these stocks run hard for short periods on nothing more than a bad website, a P.O. Box, and a P.R. that's 100% B.S. Also, assuming you're correct, there's incentive to drive the price up to generate interest, which generates greater volume and price for a much more lucrative "dump". Time will tell...
