The fault here lies with the Dominican government....They are stalling the divisions with Deep Blue, the pewter company and Capt Tracy - who has also been waiting over 3 years for his divisions. All this information is easily available to anyone with an actual interest in the company...

Good for Deep Blue for keeping quiet...Imagine if they had announced the at least 15 different dates for the division that the DR has given them....each one would have been twisted into "another Deep Blue lie".

That's where it stands and astute investors and seasoned traders are well aware of the facts. Nothing else matters.
