Yes, that was what I thought too:

Seeking Alpha has made a lot of enemies.

This could lead to somebody going down[Blamed] for that Press Release that just happened to guess the Split number just before it was announced by the Company.

Bad Boyz do not Rule.

They go to Jail



There was no leniency for Martha Stewart except plush Jail Quarters.
