The President of LTNC was not improperly hiding his guilty plea of a felony committed almost 20 years ago. Rule 401(f) of Regulations S-K under the Securities Act of 1934 says a company must disclose if an executive "was convicted in a criminal preceding or is named subject to a pending criminal proceeding " in the past 10 years. He perhaps should have disclosed this in the interests of full disclosure, but is not required to do so. I have a mug shot of Bill Gates taken during his arrest in Albuquerque. Didn't slow him down any.
