Yeah they seem to file it late if you look at history however my thinking is we might see it torward the end of this month cause that deal everything in it is 60 days from closing which was July 25 so I'm thinking on or before 9/25 but you most likely right in Oct.

I would think they want that out there soon as possible cause it sure going to show some big changes debt ect.

I don't know what debt they got left but I know the company owed one holder 2.1 million loan and they got less then.15 cents on the dollar which was apart of this deal.

As far as the company its sound (solid) today.The problem I've is I sitting on a wipeout and trying to figure out which way to go in the future.Don't know your position and hopefully you in better shape then me.I hope all can recover but the ones that sold there is no hope thats for certain.
