Hey DD. I certainly hope you're right on all counts. However, I'm pretty sure that new SC rulings do indeed have an impact on future rulings on cases with issues on point. I'm not an attorney tho, so maybe one of the other board members who is can clarify.
And then the deeper question is on the points raised. It seems to me, as a lay person vs. program designer that WDDDs language is strong enough but again, I'm a lay person.
