AND the USGS isn't just out writing fluffy reports for public enjoyment. The USGS is accountable to the US Department of the Interior and the Treasury Department to accurately classify and quantify natural resources including precious metals.

I think there's quite a misconception about the legitimacy and accuracy of the information.

Now with that said, it certainly doesn't imply that any gold will be feasibly mineable and/or economical to recover.
