Another scammy type SEC filer mine company owner/cfo seems to have sold ALL his ownership of stock to Epic while his own company hasn't filed with the SEC for months and has received at least three SEC question letters. Also, this company just lost their treasurer in passing and has insisted on Pr'ing the Canadian mining report.
