Again, there is no so-called convertible PS-E to be able to convert to the common shares now at all because the current AS (4.85B shares) won't allow that to happen and the available shares for issuance was only 773,319,803 shares as of 09/30/2013! Why the investors here are willing to be fooled by some misinformation? Do your DD, folks, the SS will tell the truth! Easy back to the recent high 0.0006 again...
