since Mr. Shareef in his Conference Call clearly stated that ADTM was already preparing for the 4th quarter and the upcoming holiday shopping season ... ad spend by brands will be in the billions of dollars !!
By the way, that "prediction or guidance", as I referred to it, of ADTM generating a target of from $7 to $10 million of revenue in the current year I believe came from some independent research report in which the author utilized some formula taking into consideration historical numbers and future scenarios just to mention two of many other factors. I have no idea whether or not the author of this report is the same one who wrote the Seeking Alpha article in which those numbers were mentioned ... I guess it doesn't really matter, anyway.
I was quite surprised when Mr. Shareef didn't mention that so-called guidance in his Conference Call, but I assume that was the reason. However, I don't think that necessarily rules out the ADTM Team from hoping to accomplish what would be a rather significant achievement and a very welcome turn-around ... I'm sure Mr. Shareef knows quite well what opportunities there will be with regard to the upcoming holiday shopping season.
This should serve as a good test for ADTM's "true" all-in-one ad-serving and content management and monetization platform for all the disgruntled shareholders, and the others who know what they own, as well, to witness for themselves just what ADTM is capable of ... I can just imagine, though, what would likely happen here if ADTM falls a little short and only generates $6 Million in revenues.
