Well the old team provided me incomplete/inaccurate information regarding the O/S, failed to timely disclose the Oncobiologics agreement termination, failed to disclose the dismantling of the BPD facility, failed to disclose the judgements against Viropro for the employee lawsuits that ensued following their termination, failed to disclose they were no longer providing any funding to Alpha Biologics to safeguard the facility and its contents, failed to allow a quorum leaving the company hopelessly deadlocked, failed to disclose the audit was no longer going on because they had no funding while leaving investors with the impression that it was still ongoing.

So, we can agree to disagree.
