Well Joe, I am sure they will comment on financing even if none is in place. That might placate some and mitigate the damage. For me I have to admit I am truly disappointed with this bunch that they couldn't conclude a deal with the "hand" they hold. Whether they are being to "cute", stubborn or for what ever reason I have concluded tougher deals in shorter times. It seems our management lacks a will to get things done, creativity and the ability to work with others. For me this is not leadership, I'll give them to Sept 5th but if no financing or impending very positive news I am reducing my position.
