$FOLD 1 in 117,000 people world wide have Fabry disease. That means at the most 59k people world wide have Fabry. I would think only 1/4 of those would have access to the money and medical infrastructure needed to purchase this drug. I don't see how this company could ever be profitable selling this if it gets approved.

That said I will be looking to add some PUTS on Fold. I think we will see that insiders are selling into this huge volume.
