...yup. Bazet musta negotiated a pretty good management contract for himself....the buyout wont help him all that much, I think he owns less than 100,0000 shares.

The one COBR analyst has an earnings estimate for the back half of this year of .44/share. If thats right, the stock should have worked its way over $5 bucks in the relatively near term. Heck, tangible book is right now around five bucks.

Of course that analyst is basing his estimates on what Bazet says. And, as you stated, that aint very reliable.
